Accessibility Statement

Effective date: January 1, 2026Last updated: April 15, 2026

Gixodia is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards. This statement applies to the website gixodia.com and, to the extent technically feasible given the nature of trading software, our desktop products. Gixodia is a software company. We are not a broker, fund, custodian, or financial advisor.

Gixodia is a software company. We sell licensed trading bot software — we are not a broker, custodian, fund, financial advisor, or investment manager. We do not hold client funds, do not give financial advice, and do not guarantee profits. All trading is conducted by the customer on their own broker account, and 100% of trading results (positive or negative) belong to the customer.

1. Our Commitment

At Gixodia we believe that access to information and tools for financial independence should not depend on physical ability. We are committed to making our website and digital products usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. Accessibility is not an afterthought — it is considered at every stage of our design, development, and content creation process.

2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

gixodia.com is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Substantially conformant" means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard except for non-conformities and exceptions listed in Section 5 (Known Limitations) below. Our goal is full Level AA conformance, and we are actively working toward that goal.

This statement was prepared on 15 April 2026 and last reviewed on 15 April 2026. It will be reviewed at least annually and updated whenever material changes are made to the website.

3. Accessibility Features and Measures Taken

The following measures have been implemented on gixodia.com:

3.1 Structure and semantics - Semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, aside, footer) are used throughout. - Page titles, headings (h1–h6), and lists use proper semantic elements rather than styled divs. - ARIA roles, states, and properties are used only where native HTML is insufficient, following the ARIA Authoring Practices.

3.2 Keyboard navigation - All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields, menus, modal dialogs) are reachable and operable using only a keyboard. - Logical tab order follows visual reading order. - Visible focus indicators with a contrast ratio of at least 3:1 against adjacent colours (WCAG 2.4.11 and 2.4.13). - Skip-to-content link is provided at the top of each page. - No keyboard traps.

3.3 Screen reader support - Tested with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. - All images have meaningful alt text (or empty alt for decorative images). - Form inputs have associated labels. - Live regions announce dynamic content changes (e.g., form submission results).

3.4 Visual design - Text colour contrast ratio is at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text (WCAG 1.4.3). - Non-text UI components meet a 3:1 contrast ratio against adjacent colours (WCAG 1.4.11). - Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality (WCAG 1.4.4). - Content reflows at 320 CSS pixels without requiring horizontal scrolling (WCAG 1.4.10). - No information is conveyed by colour alone (WCAG 1.4.1). - A dark mode is available and follows the same contrast rules.

3.5 Motion and animation - Users who set the prefers-reduced-motion media query will see reduced or no animation (WCAG 2.3.3). - No content flashes more than three times per second (WCAG 2.3.1).

3.6 Forms and errors - Labels and instructions are provided (WCAG 3.3.2). - Error identification and suggestions are given in text, not just colour (WCAG 3.3.1 and 3.3.3). - Error prevention for legal or financial commitments: confirmation step and the ability to review and correct (WCAG 3.3.4).

3.7 Language and readability - The primary language of each page is set in the html lang attribute (en or es). - Plain-language summaries are provided for legal and technical content where appropriate.

4. Compatible Assistive Technologies

gixodia.com is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • JAWS (latest two versions) with Chrome and Edge on Windows.
  • NVDA (latest two versions) with Firefox and Chrome on Windows.
  • VoiceOver on macOS (Safari) and iOS (Safari).
  • TalkBack on Android (Chrome).
  • Dragon NaturallySpeaking for voice control on Windows.
  • Windows Narrator on Edge.

Compatibility is not guaranteed with outdated browser or assistive-technology versions. We recommend using the latest version of your browser and screen reader for the best experience.

5. Known Limitations and Workarounds

Despite our best efforts, some content on gixodia.com may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working on the following known limitations:

  • Third-party embedded booking widget (Cal.com). Some elements of the embedded scheduler may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Workaround: email support@gixodia.com and we will schedule your call manually.
  • Backtest chart images. Some historical screenshots are embedded as static images with descriptive alt text rather than interactive data tables. Workaround: the full numerical backtest data is available in text form in the accompanying sections and can be requested in CSV format from support@gixodia.com.
  • Video testimonials. Captions are provided; full transcripts are in progress and will be added by the next review cycle. Workaround: contact us for a text transcript.
  • Desktop trading bot software. The software itself runs inside the MetaTrader or cTrader platform, whose accessibility is determined by the platform vendor and is outside our control. We provide installation and configuration documentation in accessible HTML format on our website.

If you encounter any accessibility barrier not listed above, please let us know (see Section 8).

6. Technical Specifications

Accessibility of gixodia.com relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML5
  • WAI-ARIA 1.2
  • CSS (including prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme)
  • JavaScript (for progressive enhancement; all critical content and functionality work without JavaScript where feasible)

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

7. Assessment Approach

Gixodia assessed the accessibility of gixodia.com by the following approaches:

  • Self-evaluation — internal review by our engineering and design team against the WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria.
  • Automated testing — continuous integration checks using axe-core, Lighthouse, and Pa11y on every pull request.
  • Manual testing — keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), zoom and reflow testing, colour-contrast auditing.
  • User feedback — reports received via support@gixodia.com are triaged and prioritised.

We plan to commission an independent third-party WCAG 2.2 AA audit within 12 months of the date of this statement.
