1. Who We Are
Gixodia ("we", "us", "our") is a software development company that designs and licenses algorithmic trading bot software. Our principal contact for privacy matters is support@gixodia.com.
We are not a financial institution. We do not hold customer funds. We do not provide investment advice. We sell software that customers install on their own broker accounts.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information required to deliver our service:
Information you provide directly: - Full name (when you book a strategy call, submit a review, or apply to the affiliate program) - Email address - Phone number (optional, when you provide it for scheduling a call) - Country of residence (optional, used to recommend appropriate brokers) - Information about your trading capital range and experience level (qualitative ranges only — never exact numbers — to recommend appropriate bot configurations) - Communications you send us (emails, chat messages, video call recordings if you consent)
Information collected automatically: - IP address and approximate geographic location (city level) - Browser type, operating system, and device type - Pages you visit on gixodia.com and time spent on each page - Referring URL (which website sent you to us) - Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7 below)
Information we do NOT collect: - Your broker account credentials (we never see them — the bot runs locally on your terminal) - Your trading account balance or trade history (we have no access to your broker) - Payment card details (handled by third-party payment processors) - Government identification documents - Social security numbers or tax identification numbers (unless required for affiliate payouts)
